An ode to the green and blue spaces that surround my home city, Brighton, and the positive effect they have on physical and mental wellbeing.  Shot over the course of a year, the film has no music, just the natural sounds of the landscape and cadence of the poetry immersing the viewer in an unseen side of the city.
